SpecialEffect win Ukie Diversity and Inclusion Award

We were delighted and humbled to receive the Diversity and Inclusion Award at the 2024 Ukie Video Game Awards in Birmingham on Thursday 7 March.
The award recognises a UK organisation or individual working within the UK games industry that encouraged meaningful diversity and inclusion within the games industry in 2023, and the shortlist included gaming giants Sumo Digital and nDreams.
We’re especially grateful for the recognition of our industry peers, whose incredible generosity over the years has helped us to bring hope, opportunity and inclusion to so many people whose dreams of gaming to the best of their abilities – or simply gaming at all – would otherwise remain unfulfilled.
We’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the other winners and nominees, and thank Ukie for organising such a fantastic event.
